As a marathon runner, I deal with a lot of aches and pains. I have used massage therapy as part of my training plan for years, and the Massage/Feet Press Spa gives some of the best massages that I have ever experienced. I need a deep tissue massage with lots of pressure, so a Chinese massage is perfect for me. I believe that visiting the Massage/Feet Press Spa has really helped with my training. I am able to be at my best when my muscles are cared for by a massage.
I've had massages at several different spas and massage parlors in the area, and the Massage/Feet Press Spa is my favorite. The massages are very reasonably priced. The business is not fancy, but there is nothing like the healing power of a Chinese massage. I visit this location at least once a month for a Chinese massage, and it has really helped eliminate many of my nagging aches and pains. I also love that this spa is conveniently located in the Publix plaza. I often do my grocery shopping after enjoying a great massage!
