I saw Heidi about a year ago now after presenting with a plantar plate tear, toe deformity, and pain in the ball of my left foot. After our consultation, I was a bit skeptical about her methods and got a referral to one of the 'top' podiatrists in Sydney. He sold me very expensive orthotics that I wore for 6 months. I can’t thank Heidi enough for all the work she did with me. When I first saw Heidi my body was half broken , I was in constant pain and I couldn’t walk properly. 4 years in pain in which I saw 4 different podiatrist, changed 3 orthotics that not only didn’t fix me but aggravated my situation even more.
