I had gone to this office with terrible calluses on the bottom of my feet. First of all when I walked in the receptionist was not overly friendly. Then I sat for 45 minutes when I was the only patient in the waiting room. I finally got called in to see the doctor. It was a female doctor. She came into the room and was not professional at all not even a hello or hi how are you? I explained to her that I had calluses on both my feet that were preventing me from walking. My experience at Feet First was excellent! I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Lai was great! She was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend this office.
