Would rate it a negative as we felt pressured to tip. It felt like the workers get paid solely on tips. I had wanted a deep tissue massage as did my boyfriend. When we had asked the workers to focus on certain areas it was as if they had to ask the manager for permission. It was very shady. It was like the workers were forced to work there. Will not be going back again. Very unprofessional
