I went to get a pair of Compression Stockings from this place and had a wonderful experience. Great service, great product and above all, great people to deal with - right from the reception till the health care provider everyone was very cordial, helpful and understanding. It showed that they were there not just to do business but really want to help the patients. The 5 stars rating is fully justified for this great place, great service and for the very good people there.
I had an appointment to see and try a knee brace. The entire process from entering the store,greetings was flawless. The person who looked after me ( I believe that person is called Fitter if I understood correctly in their place- this store policy is not to advertise the person’s name due to privacy policy) was very profesional and she gave me the right advise regarding the brace I should buy and use for my knee issue. I had a great experience at Feet & Up Clinic. The staff were very helpful and took the time to clearly and thoughtfully explain the products and available options without any pressure. I felt well informed and comfortable with my choices. Highly recommend this store!
