I have a 2002 pt cruiser my starter went bad in feb of 2009. We towed my car to feeny to replace the starter in feb. On 8-28-09 my car would not start so we called a tow truck. The driver came hit the starter a few times and it started. So we drove it to feeny told them what happened they were VERY rude and said they take a look at it. Next day called us and said everything is ok the starter is fine and they replaced all the cords. Oh yeah we also paid to get an oil change.
