Dr. Lima is truly a standout in telehealth care. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also deeply empathetic—she takes the time to really listen and understand what you’re going through. I’ve never felt rushed during our appointments, and she always explains everything clearly and thoughtfully. I am very happy that I found her.
I absolutely love Dr. Lima! My first experience with her, was after I contracted Covid a couple of years ago and I wanted a virtual dr. She showed compassion and followed up with me later to ensure that I was getting well. I began using her for weight loss because I needed a cheerleader, who would help me with my weight loss journey. Dr. Lima was absolutely incredible and so thorough with her telehealth assessment. She followed up multiple days to make sure the medication prescribed was actually benefiting me. I’ve never had such one-on-one care with a healthcare provider before and I absolutely plan on making her my general practitioner. Thank you, Dr. Lima!
