Extremely unprofessional reception staff. They decided to make fun of my child, in my child's presence. Laughing and making my kid feel uncomfortable. My kid felt embarrassed while there were other patients in the waiting area. I had to keep my composure to show how mature adults SHOULD be behaving. I wait until we were back home to call the front office to tell the front staff about my concerns.
