I had a fantastic experience yesterday with this company and it blew me away so had to share! I called the Oshawa store looking for Labolife 2LEBV and was informed they didn't have that in stock in the store but that I should try calling the warehouse which may have stock since that is where the online product is kept. Staff were extremely helpful and spent about half an hour talking with me about different products and answering my questions very knowledgeably. Excellent selection of products. I highly recommend these guys.

Store had a 15% off sale sign up on shelf by the product, when I went to the counter to buy it she said that sale ended yesterday and she pulled sign down and didn't give me the 15% discount. I didn't buy it. I think if they have a sale sign up beside product they should honour it (this product cost more at this store than at other stores too). Staff members have been helpful to me in past however.
