Im my first hypnotherapy session with Eric, he was able to help me understand the deep rooted pain that keeps me getting in my own way. In one session I felt things I haven't felt in a long time. I can't recommend him enough!
I'll start out by saying I was a complete skeptic to hypnotherapy. Hello! This is the first time I’ve experienced so much healing in such a short period of time, and with so little effort and expended energy. I’ve had year and years of various types of therapies for trauma related issues, health problems, addictions, and depression and anxiety. I have been working with Eric since August last year and he has helped me to feel capable of being open and willing to face head on my addictive nature. Has helped a lot with my self confidence and as a result has helped me improve my business success a ton! While I have not had a face-to-face interaction with Eric, he reached out to me via Facebook Messenger. His approach felt manipulative and left me uncomfortable, as he seemed to use guilt tactics to pressure me. Based on this interaction, I would not feel confident in trusting his services.
