After a difficult year I finally looked into psychiatric consultations, something I'd been avoiding for a long time out of stubbornness and fear about the whole process. The telecall visit option made it less intimidating somehow, being in my own space instead of an office. Slow start but I'm very glad I did it. Dr Vira doesn’t come off condescending like so many psychiatrists do, felt like my feelings were being validated and my concerns were actually heard.
tried IV vitamin therapy after weeks of feeling drained and honestly didn't expect much, but surprisingly i felt noticeably better within a couple of days. Olga helped schedule everything around my crazy work hours which i appreciated a lot
