I have a history of physical injuries from a car accident as a teenager and a very physical career path. Now in my 30's, I see Kate once a month to sooth and decompress my troublesome areas. This woman knows her craft. Heated towels, cupping, cbd oils, stretching massage, pressure point unbundling, and always fun to talk to. She is worth the wait as her schedule tends to book in advance with her regulars.
I went in to see Kate for a lingering muscle issue. After a one hr massage with her my muscles are relaxed and pin free. Her wonderful ideas and stretching techniques have made a huge difference. I highly recommend Kate.
Kate is amazing! She really works to fix any problems you have, including using special oils and cupping. I definitely recommend.
