I've used several caterers in Sydney and recently switched to Feedwell as I've been very impressed with the customer service. The team is responsive and helpful. I needed vegetarian food separated and my previous caterer VB refused to do it but it was no problems for Feedwell when I requested it. The driver was also late which traffic can't be helped but I got a call from head office and then later from the driver to advise me ahead of time. Such great customer service and food from Feedwell. We have ordered from them multiple times and they will always be a go to for big events that require catering.
We have been using Feedwell for any training day we initiate and they've been consistently excellent. The food is always fresh, delivered on time, and the team is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
