Casey is excellent at her craft! She is very understanding and a very good communicator. So glad we found her for our baby Rose.
I used to love this store but through out the years I tend to have grown out of it... its like I don't agree with what the employees say especially with fish on what fish can habitat with other fish... not sure if they are guessing or a way to sell more fish since the others were beat up ..I don't know but I liked it better when it was a local company.

I love their pet wash system! They have all your shampoo needs whether you like oatmeal, sensitive skin, or white fur. All types of brushes for short haired dogs to long mangled fur. There is also ear wash for your convenience. Each wash station has it's own dryer and grooming station. If your dog has trouble getting up into the tub, no problem, each tub is equipped with slip free ramps. You may pay before or after the wash and ask for as many towels as you may need.
