If I could do less than one star, I would my wife and I stopped in there to purchase things for her bearded dragon, and I noticed you had a ball python for sale there and I asked the manager if I could look at the ball Python and possibly purchase him and I was told no that she was extremely terrified of snakes and she would not let any of the other employees get him out and told me I needed to come back in three days when she was not at work. Worst customer experience I ever had it is the reason you lost a $400 sale
I ordered kitty litter to be delivered. It was delivered timely and it was exactly what I had ordered.
We came to use the dog bathing stations, which were nice. Everything was supplied, including aprons, soap, conditioner and grooming tools. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the area was kept. Huge convenience to have something like this while vacationing. The store is big and clean. The staff was pleasant too.
