I'm disappointed in their customer service over the phone. I called 3 different times and left messages with employees. I was searching for a specific product that I had seen in their store in the past. The employees told me the product was not in stock and a manager would call me back. Well, no return calls... 😠 I went to Southern States and purchased what I needed.
