Jerk Bag My friend tried to return dog food that was going to expire. The owner refused, insulted him, then pulled a knife out and stated, "give me a reason." Are you kidding me?!?!?! This place sucks, they are horrible people with horrible attitudes.
AWFUL PLACE We were loyal customers at the Feed Bag until recently. We will never go back again. A new employee overcharged my credit card by more than $25. When I questioned the amount, he laughed and then handed me $20 out of the till, which I later refused, saying I would take it up with the owner instead since I didn't want his till to be off.
