Fee simple law is an amazing establishment, and wonderful friendly people. The prices are affordable and they get stuff done asap. Highly recommended this law firm.
I've gone through 2 transactions with them. Their service is super slow. Their paralegals are often clueless, seem to have no idea about what they are doing and need to check about everything because they aren't well trained at all. You are lucky if they respond to questions and emails but the response will leave you stunned at how stupid it is. Like today, they decided to check if I am married or not. Seriously?! huh?!
