Perhaps Deirdre Fedun was a good agent in the past (her good reviews are 1-4 years old), but my recent experience was awful. One day she was easy to work with then the next day, she was rude and very unprofessional. She was so uncooperative that I told my broker to save all of her nasty texts and emails. Even the attorney said she is difficult to work with. If you are searching for a good broker who will work for you and work cooperatively with other brokers and attorneys, stay away from Deirdre Fedun.
Deirdre Fedun and her whole team were responsive and professional and helped us sell our property quickly and efficiently. Diedre is easy to work with and Fedun Realty is a specialist in the North Fork real estate market.
Deidre was FANTASTIC! She kept everything clear and concise. She kept me in the loop at every turn. Thank you so much in helping me navigate this.
