I arrived at the dealership at 630pm, (when they closed at 7:00) to check out a Ford Escape. I was told cars were locked up for the day and keys all put away. They would go find keys if I was going to buy today. Fortunately there are several dealerships on the parkway with better customer service. On the flip side I've had great experiences with the service department.
Luke is a true professional. He makes the entire experience easy and exciting.
Service manager listened to my issue (which was a unique one), we agreed on a plan of action and the repair was completed. The cost was reasonable, the repair was quick and the issue is 100% fixed. Couldn't ask for more.
I'd give 0 stars if I could....only because of the black haired curmudgeon who "works" at the cashier's desk. I'm hearing impaired and she was speaking to me through the closed window and I nicely said "I can't hear you." With that I got a dirty look, an eye roll and she said "Jesus Christ!" When she said that she was looking at me that time and unbeknownst to her, because I'm hearing impaired, I can read lips.
