We are so grateful to Fedra. She not only sold our home for asking price, but assisted in helping get our bid accepted in a bidding war upstate, outside her practice area. Fedra is an absolute joy to work with. I knew she specializes in Queens and Long Island as she had previously sold a house for me so I was unsure what to expect when I asked her to find me something in rural upstate. Fedra really goes above and beyond in her efforts as a realtor. I've been an attorney on two deals with her over the past year and she consistently puts in a lot of effort to ensure that her clients get the service they deserve.
