VERY RUDE – I don't know if it was the owner or not, but I too, had a bad experience with the lady behind the counter. I received a coat as a Christmas gift that did not fit. It was purchased more than her two week return policy and the lady would not let me even exchange the coat! She was very rude as well. She will never have my business and I hope that her business is one that flops!
HORRIBLE OWNER – THE WOMAN WHO OWNS THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE. SHE YELLS AT CUSTOMERS AND TREATS THEM LIKE THEY OWE HER FOR WALKING IN HER STORE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS WOMAN BEHAVES
