My shopping experience at Fedora was absolutely horrible. I waited a whole year to return to the store because my prior experience was so nauseating that I honestly thought I would never return. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased two dresses at Fedora's Edwards Mill Rd.store, one of several in NC. I was purchasing for my daughter and had to mail them to her. Each of these stores are run by young inexperienced girls... With evidence of little experience dealing with the public. They all say they have no supervisor except the owner "Kay" somebody. worst shopping experience in Raleigh - 0 stars – This place stinks! Rude, inconsiderate and they don't care about retaining customers. My husband bought me a top for Christmas that I really didn't like and wanted to return. I went to Fedora the week after Christmas with the item and the original store tags. The rude sales "girl" told me that I needed to have the store receipt as well. Worse than 1 star – Let's preface this by saying in the past 18 months I'd spent over $500 in this shop and more if you count the Cary location before it closed. I don't shop there often so I guess the EXTREMELY RUDE woman who works there didn't remember me, or perhaps just didn't care. Ridiculous – As other people have mentioned the owner is totally rude. I spend a lot of money at both locations and am a regular shopper there. I recently tried to return a dress that didn't fit properly and she said I couldn't because it had been over 7 days. The same dress was still hanging in the store so its not like the dress was old and she would not be able to resell it. I will never shop there again.

love Fedora – My daughter lives out of town and she has been so good at helping me find items that she knows she will like. She has great prices, unusual items, good sales.
LOVE this boutique – I have had 3 fabulous experiences at this location. The owner is unobtrusive, but so willing to help when you request it. I broke a necklace today taking off the price tag as I didn't want to take it off. The owner went into the back of the store, came back with a link & fixed it on the spot for me! Her pricing is very good for a boutique & ambience! I suggest this boutique to all women!
Dissappointed – I shop in Fedora quite a bit, however I have to say I think I have made my final purchase there. Though I had heard of the owner being rude to customers from other shoppers, until recently I had not experienced this myself. She always seemed helpful when I went in.
