This is one of the best things that FedEx could do for families of patients at the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Everyone is so nice and helpful that work here.
Last night was my first experience at the FedEx Family House. I was there with my daughter and grandson. He was scheduled for surgery to remove adenoids and to have tubes in his ears again. unfortunately he woke up with fever this morning and had to be rescheduled. However, can i just say the staff at the FedEx House were awesome. Everyone was extremely friendly, excellent customer service, the food was great, the room was fantastic, and I cos not believe that everything we needed was at our fingertips. The staff is always friendly! When we found out about our sons diagnosis of Autism, LeBonheur has been there every step of the way. Living 2 hours away the FedEx Family House gives us a place to rest before early morning appointments! Here’s EJ after a nice bath 🥰
