I went to pickup parcel which was delivered to my previous address. It was quick and easy
Appalling service. Can’t/wont deliver my parcel unless we take a day off work to be home to sign for it. Won’t let us give consent to leave. Absolutely no flexibility or imagination to come up with a workable solution, other than requiring us to do an hour-round trip to their depot. Wildly unimpressed.
Happy to report that I had a good experience with TNT (Hume) recently. I opted to collect my two parcels from the depot, but one wouldn't fit in my car! They delivered it the next business day, no dramas. Thank you. Fast forward a few years and I've had a not so good experience. I changed my delivery preference to have my parcel delivered to a pick-up point, and received a confirmation message. Parcel was delivered to my front door.
