FedEx has the worst customer service experience. Today one of their drivers flat out lied about trying to deliver a package. They never came to my door, I was home when the truck pulled up in front of my building. Not the first time had issues with packages not being delivered at right location or even correct time.
Would give zero stars if I could. This distribution center tells me my package was delivered 5 days ago when the hold location can verify they did not. Now I have to start a lost case knowing very well FedEx will come up with an excuse on why my 17lb package just completely went missing on on og their trucks. When I paid $60 shipping for an $1100 item and it took 5 business days and was almost lost I should've known to never use FedEx. DO NOT USE FEDEX, YOURE BETTER OFF PAYING $50 EXTRA ON SHIPPING THEN USING THEM.
The worst the FedEx won’t give the package till a week later besides don’t work here at this FedEx place it old and has gross mold the worst
Time after time, FedEx justifies my complete lack of faith in them, beginning with an automated call system that does everything possible to prevent any contact with a live human. I have thrown my phone across the room more often than I want to admit out of sheer frustration dealing with what FedEx laughably calls Customer Service. This time, my company addressed a package to a Minneapolis, MN, location but mistakenly left Gaithersburg, MD on the shipping ticket.
