One star is to much. As often found when delivery become hard email is sent to receiver to pick up from depot. I am told buy them they do not deliver to Aust post parcel office. I am also told buy Aust post this is illegal.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences yesterday.The lady who served me was shockingly rude — instead of greeting me or offering help, the first thing she said was “Who are you?” in a blunt and dismissive tone. It was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and made me feel disrespected from the start. She was telling that my delivery address was fake why whould I give anyone my fake address to delivery the thing that I paid for. So far I can only give very good 5 star review..I was able to call them at Coffs ,speak to a normal polite person when my delivery had taken most of the day..Just when I was giving up hope at 4pm a very nice lady appeared with my guitar all in great condition no damage to the box at all..This is the 2nd great delivery ive had from them..The other was a young guy and he took soo much care with my guitar as tge box,s tape had come off and it arrived in perfect condition! Amazing..

Worst company to talk to a representative in Australia. No local phone numbers. Only Malaysia Philippines or India. What a joke

If appalling service was an Olympic event these guys would be hands down gold medalists. Zero care factor, can’t speak to anyone at the local depot unless you drive to the depot and speak to them directly. Can’t follow instructions on delivery paper work. No inclination whatsoever to try to help their customers. I would give them a minus 1000 stars if I could.
