If appalling service was an Olympic event these guys would be hands down gold medalists. Zero care factor, can’t speak to anyone at the local depot unless you drive to the depot and speak to them directly. Can’t follow instructions on delivery paper work. No inclination whatsoever to try to help their customers. I would give them a minus 1000 stars if I could.

Don’t use them. Never on time. Bad for business. Staffed by “people” from Coffs so don’t blame the company as a whole but it doesn’t change the fact they are never on time.
Had a call from FedEx which I missed. The number to call back on doesn’t work and I can’t find a contact number for Coffs Harbour. That means a two hour round trip to find out about my parcel. Why no contact number information?? Dave - please improve your companies contact ability.
Kind, professional staff. Fast, efficient and what I always receive from FedEx wherever I am contracted anywhere in the world. Some weird feedback here. Ever head of the phrase : “terms and conditions apply” ? Take a deep breath…
