horrible company. this location should be shut down. have they ever been on time? Truck has had my package 3 days and been in my neighborhood and I receive nothing.
This is an industrial building. You can not go in and buy or send anything. It is strictly for delivery vehicles to load and unload
I order and ship dozens of packages a week. I will never ship FedEx because all of my sales would arrive late due to going through this location. I have started asking the people I am buying from to not use FedEx as it will get stuck at Martinsburg for at least a week. Unfortunately some have no choice. This site needs a serious overhaul. It’s like watching tennis as it bounces back and forth from Martinsburg to Hagerstown.
