I order and ship dozens of packages a week. I will never ship FedEx because all of my sales would arrive late due to going through this location. I have started asking the people I am buying from to not use FedEx as it will get stuck at Martinsburg for at least a week. Unfortunately some have no choice. This site needs a serious overhaul. It’s like watching tennis as it bounces back and forth from Martinsburg to Hagerstown.
Package was sent to WV to Hagerstown then back to WV and has been sitting here for 5 days. Christmas is in 2 days. Fedex is a sorry excuse of a company. I ordered on the 6th of December. I guess i was silly to think that 19 days for a package was enough time.
