Well, it's like this: There were no signs at Office Depot that it was a FedEx ShipSite, inside or outside. I stood at the main counter for 15 mins with no help. Finally, I went to find an employee. Found one. Yay. But, I had to shout & wave to get this teenager's attention because he had his ear buds in. Good grief. He was eventually helpful, but he was obviously not trained properly. FedEx what a JOKE. Worst customer service. Can't ever speak to a person in the USA.
Was told the sweet customer service lady I talked to about my delivery being missed and was told she was wrong ,"because she's from Zimbabwe or something" legit nothing to with the information handed down and super unprofessional
