Dawned delivery man left my package along side of my mailbox . By the time I got the message of delivery , my box was gone ! Now they don't want to do anything to make it right ! Almost $200 in product (meds) and I lose out on both money and product ! I will never use fedex!
Well, it's like this: There were no signs at Office Depot that it was a FedEx ShipSite, inside or outside. I stood at the main counter for 15 mins with no help. Finally, I went to find an employee. Found one. Yay. But, I had to shout & wave to get this teenager's attention because he had his ear buds in. Good grief. He was eventually helpful, but he was obviously not trained properly.
