I went to this location with a heavy box to be returned. I went up to the FedEx counter and spoke to FedEx employee Darrick. I asked him if he could assist me with printing a lable. He pointed in the direction of the printer. I tried to figure it out but I’m not computer or printer savvy. He made me feel like I was bothering him. I finally figured things out. Have questions about shipping goods but can't even get past the automated phone robot. None of the automated options were things I needed help with, but it was impossible to get the robot to send me to a generic person who might be able to assist me further... Or even a specialized person who might know where I needed routed to.

We needed to print our luggage tags and boarding pass for our cruise. And the young lady that helped us was wonderful
