Despite stating on the FedEx website that they have return shipping label services. They DO NOT. What a wasted trip. Now off to UPS across the parting lot.
The customer service is very good. Employees are attentive and polite and knowledgeable
This location repeatedly has problems. I went to ship a package and was told the person shipping FedEx isn’t working today. AGAIN. I also overheard an employee say he couldn’t help a lady with a printer because that person wasn’t working either. I will not be going back to this store for any reason.
Employee with the glasses and the cornrows was super quick and helpful. No issues.
