Fast and polite
As a customer wanting to talk to an associate at the store not an automated service to ask a question on what the store provides for services. It hungup on me saying when I have a qr code call back. This service sucks and the number you call is not the store number. It's false advertising and it doesnot help the customer but is convenient for FedEx only. Now I have to drive around and find a store. Ridiculous
Do not plan on shipping anything with a battery i.e. laptop.. save yourself time and hassle and go to a real FedEx store.
Ship site not open at 4pm. I asked when they would be open. Was told "Could be tomorrow or the next day. I can't really give a definitive answer." Better find another place to go.
