I came in around 1:35 pm and asked associate Haley (not sure how to spell it) for a fedex envelope I wanted to ship something. She begun to ask a series of questions Which was fine but the tone in her voice while asking these questions wasn’t professional and very sarcastic as if I didn’t know what I was doing. Constantly delivers packages to the wrong address. Thankfully a good samaritan brought my package to my house today. I am so grateful for this person. Fedex you really need to do better and hire better employees.
