Phone call service is trash
I wish I could give ZERO stars.TERRIBLE SERVICES nowadays from fedex. They are actually forcing people to go to their locations now. No more hand written labels. Mandatory package/tracking numbers for any kind of information. I drive a truck. I cannot get to these local stores and the drop boxes are no longer supplied with anything. Then to try getting through via phone call is absolutely impossible.
👎🏻👎🏻No possibility to get someone to answer the phone, doesn't matter what option you use. It just hangs up on you on the end. Very bad customer service. For a simple question to see if they are able to ship or accept packages. Don't waste your time here, no service. 👎🏻👎🏻
