Stopped in the FedEx ship site on Waukegan road in Deerfield. I don't usually ship anything FedEx. I got some brakes for my car which were wrong on eBay but that's another story. Cindy at the FedEx. Greeting me. What a smile. I didn't know how to place the labels she instructed me how I had one letter that says the reason for the return. She told me that I needed to put one inside of one of the boxes. She gave me tape to reopen it and tape back up the box, which I felt she went out of her way to help me which you just don't ... read more

This place is a joke. It doesn't keep regular hours , so sometimes you can stop by at noon and they're not open yet. I just came by at 4:00 figuring that would be safe and there's no one working at FedEx and there's a sign up saying they can't print out shipping labels right now. Don't waste your time, go someplace else.I've come four times because it's so close and they were available to print labels once. I'm never going back.
