Customer service person in the FedEx department never spoke to me once. I asked for an envelope and she reached under the counter, plunked one down in front of me and walked away. I asked for a pouch for my shipping label and was told by another customer service person they don't have pouches. They use packing tape. She gave me an old reel of tape and watched me struggle with it while I fixed my label to the envelope. Terrible service. I hope my package gets shipped out.
