My shipment got returned when 2 attempts were made to deliver it to an office and although it said ok to leave packages it was not left !!! I spend $100 for next day delivery and it never occurred Very important delivery and I think I deserve my money back

They treated me very nicely today even though they could not help me. I had a heart monitor that I had to return but they didn't have the knowledge or the equipment to help me. I had to go to the main shipping office where that they had a machine that could read the barcode or whatever it was that it could be sent free of charges and it could get to where that it was supposed to go to. Even though they could not help me. It was good of them to be so nice to me
