The ship site was great. The lady who helped me was wonderful It's just a shame that I have to take my packages in or go to the site to pick up cuz the delivery service in my area is horrible. But the people who work at the ship site are great.

Delivery was taken to wrong house and then allowed someone with a totally different name to sign and just had them over valuable items. Customer service is trash and can't even speak English. They always just drop the ball on delivering packages...never got my package! and the second time this has angered me!!!.. UPS NEVER MISSES but Fed Ex seems to train and learn from them!!!
