It's a dropping location only when you have package to be shipped.
Package showed out for delivery since 7/22/25. Still have not received package as of 7/29/25. Called and talked to customer representative and was told they have lost my package. They will not transfer you to the actual location. FedEx has 0 accountability for their actions. With customer service like this it wouldn't surprise me if they go bankrupt. I will be asking all sellers that I'm buying from to please not ship by FedEx.
Y'all suck!!!!! Your driver keeps leaving my packages on top of my garbage can a quarter mile up my drive way. My package was stolen last week because of his laziness and now today I find my package when it was delivered on Thursday!!! Calling the 1800 does absolutely nothing!!!
why would yall put my package in the middle of my stairs??? are yall cool? unprofessional. very lazy. very unearthly like of FEDEX to be lazy with shipping and handling a package. someone could’ve stole my package. DO BETTER
