Great service and concept where you can have coffee, relax and drop a package.
When shipping FedEx at this location I questioned procedure. I was told “you can go to UPS” as a response by the clerk attendant so I did. Very poor customer service with no appreciation for my return business.
Clearly says shipping site and shipping on Google however you get to waste your time walking into Office Depot only to be told you can ship out from here. Ridiculous
Terrible supervisor asked to the attendant to call 1800 customer service and later it come back tell me different history computer not working, very smart o no like working or salary o no training properly?
