My stars has nothing to do with the customer service. The ladies were excellent. The issue is, I was trying to overnight one piece of paper, a Birth Certificate, and it cost me over a $100 that is ridiculous. 0.8grams
The customer service here os absolutely horrible. I will never do business with them again.
They no longer take FedEx packages. Or so they told me.
Debating where you go, otherwise not my typical stop probably won't be back again I didn't like my first visit very little help and I was lost at the same time though my mail went out.
