I can not get the help that I need with automatic system. It refusees to connect me to an operator/ human being. I am driving around & even parked to walk around shopping area in 98° temp trying to locate a FEDEX Site & cannot find it nor cannot talk to someone to give me exact location. Map says we are here but dont see it. I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE.
