Absolutely disgusting service. Had a $500 package get delivered to an address on file that was correct. Photos have always been taken. Some way, some how, they manage to deliver to a different home that has no resemblance to the pictures they took on file and to top it off I made the claim 2 hours before they closed. I was told by the fedex claims department that Matthew (station manager) was made aware of the situation and they have a dedicated team in route to the address the drivers GPS delivered it to. Total Joke. Not capable of mailing a letter was returned to me for lack of postage... go to a real FedEx location instead!
Same as the review below mine from 3 years ago! Google says hours are until 9 but they close at 7:30!!
