Pointless to list as a drop off option. Was turned away because they only have a “small cubby” for packages.
This is a drop box in Office Max. I dropped it off and about 2 days (weekdays) later it finally got picked up—If you want something to be shipped urgently, don’t use this drop box.
This place is a joy to work with because all the employees love their job and are always willing to help you with shipping or receiving packages. They go out of their way to support you. Fed Ex shipping on Blossom Hill Road in south San Jose
Zero stars F this place If you have a QR code label they wont take it and will yell you to suck it!
It has been more than 24hrs after i dropped the package with Fedex rep at this location, and there is still no update on Fedex website about my package. The guy at this Fedex Site printed a receipt for me that has a tracking number, but when i enter that number on Fedex tracking website it says: invalid tracking number. What’s the heck.
