My GF broke her glasses, needed me to send her backup pair to her quick. It was Friday evening, so I looked on Google and this branch (Miami Blvd) was open until 8pm. Great, I could get there in plenty of time. I got there at 7:38 and the place is closed. It was a Friday, I understand wanting to leave early on a Friday, it was just deflating to drive all the way there and be met with that sign.
This drop off location is inside of an Office Depot. I dropped off my package and it sat there waiting for pickup for 2 days, when I was told that FedEx should be picking up every day. I went back to the Office Depot to pick up my package and a representative told me that FedEx doesn't come by to pick up unless there's enough packages for them to pick up. When they believe there are enough packages they have to call FedEx to pick up those packages. I won't be going back to this drop off location. This is not the fault of Off... read more
