Jaylen was so lazy. I guess he wanted off early before Thanksgiving. I watched him deliver a parcel to my sister that lives 1000' in front of my house. He didn't attempt to deliver my computer that was on his truck. I called to complain, the lady contacted his office. She said they was bringing it back out. It didn't happen.
After waiting 10 minutes for the girl to acknowledge me, I walked around to where she was and said excuse me. Then it took several minutes for her to get it in the computer - not sure wht the problem was.
Their FedEx shipping system is down and they can't ship anything. Poor staff wasn't trained on how to work the program.
