I received a package that was addressed to someone in Branson, which is not the town I even live in. I tried calling Fedex multiple times, waited on hold, and was told I would get a call to arrange pick up. Three days later, nothing. We called again, and were told someone would be by for pickup. Still, no pickup. We have wasted way too much time trying to help this random person in Branson who is still waiting for their package after almost a week. Idk who is delivering their packages, but whoever it is really needs a lesson... read more

Not a fed ex ship site. Will not offer receipts, will not change their listing as a fed ex shipping site. They said they received printer has been broken for over a year. Don’t spend an hour driving over here in the middle of business day. They do not care about their customers.

Used the FedEx inside Staples. No line. Very organized. Nice guy working, informed me printer for a receipt hasn’t been working in quite some time. He waited patiently while I checked if that was acceptable. I’d use that location as long as I don’t need a receipt.
