Worthless. Don't waste your time and leave your package to people who know nothing about fedex. This is an officemax, nothing more. I came here since they show open until 9 pm for fedex. The officemax employee I asked about it said I can leave it on a shelf and 'I think they might pick it up after 3 pm tomorrow'. Zero confidence installed that the package would go anywhere, nor could they even scan anything or provide receipt. Total waste of time. Took the package back home and will wait for actual fedex store to open.
Thanks Fedex for getting my package to me or should I say you left it for anyone to take. I live in apartment and on the third floor so your driver just said hay we don't care here's to anyone who wants it I'll just leave it in the middle of the sidewalk. GO FEDEX!!!! I will for sure recommend your outstanding service to everyone I know. Do you pay your drivers in rice and beans do you not let them know that the package needs to go to the actual door? GO FEDEX!!!! AWESOME SERVICE 100% 👌
