I received a package from Fed X on September 27 in the afternoon in 1280 Greenfield Road Nw Supply nc. The driver gave us exceptional service. He carried the box from the truck to our front door and sit it on the inside the door. This was an extremely heavy and big box . It was so heavy that it took 2 people to scoot it. He could see that we have a handicapped ramp and 2 elder people that would not be able to bring the box to our door. He went above and beyond our expectations.
