The staff was very nice, but FedEx as a company itself is horrible. Three boxes were delivered. All three were damaged product inside was damaged. I ordered it to be picked up and instead of sending me a ground transport truck they sent me an express truck and he refused to pick it up so I had to make arrangements to have someone help me load 300 pounds of boxes Onto a truck and I’m 68 years old.

Unfortunately due to an ignorant driver named Jose I have had a package refused delivery. I asked him if he was looking for my address he gave me a loud inappropriate no and ran off. Thanx to FedEx not caring enough to satisfy customers by using inappropriate hoops to go through it is unreported and is able to continue to treat valued customers with this disgusting behavior
