The staff was very nice, but FedEx as a company itself is horrible. Three boxes were delivered. All three were damaged product inside was damaged. I ordered it to be picked up and instead of sending me a ground transport truck they sent me an express truck and he refused to pick it up so I had to make arrangements to have someone help me load 300 pounds of boxes Onto a truck and I’m 68 years old.
